Service Items

We provide the following free services during rental period.

-      Vehicle Service

Provide normal vehicle repair and regular maintenance by 5,000 km for rental vehcile.

-      Vehicle Insurance

Provide the Third Party Insurance, Vehicle Damage Insurance, Vehicle Robbery Insurance (three commmercial insurances), contact with Insurance Company, and settle compensation matters.

-      Vehicle Rescue

Provide free 24 hours vehicle rescue (only in Beijing), hirers should pay additional expense for vehicle rescue in other cities.

-      Vehicle Replacement

If hirers cannot resolve vehicle’s problem temporarily, the company provide normal vehicle replacement service free,

-      Vehicle Documentation

Provide qualified documentations for rental vehicles, including driving license, road tax, purchase tax.

-      Vehicle Annual Inspection

Provide free annual inspection for rental vehicles.
